Coaching is a professional and confidential relationship where we identify, set and work towards personal or professional goal. I use a range of relevant coaching techniques such as questioning, task and time management and exploring what will help you achieve your goal. I can also help you identify your strengths and weaknesses and the resources you have to achieve your goals as well as where you may need additional support.
The sessions follow a similar structure:

*Planning your goal/s
* Agreeing action points
